“Customers appreciate the natural ingredients and quality of NOW Foods' Senna Leaves capsules. Many highlight its effectiveness in relieving constipation and improving digestion without causing significant discomfort or aftertaste. The product is praised for its clean ingredients, informative packaging, and ease of consumption. However, some users report experiencing cramps and note that it may not be as potent as other brands. A few customers mention the need to take higher doses for desired effects and caution against prolonged use due to potential dependency. Despite mixed experiences with efficacy, the overall sentiment is positive, with many long-term users expressing satisfaction.”
